Acceptance

By ordering you confirm the supplied details are correct and accept these terms.

Uses

Online custom plates are supplied for show/display uses including car shows, track days, racing, off-road use, exhibitions, photoshoots and private display. They must not be used on UK public roads unless compliant with applicable law.

Road-legal plates

UK road-legal plates are supplied separately subject to required identity and entitlement checks.

Delivery

Non-guaranteed services are estimates. Guaranteed Next Day, where offered, has an 11:00am working-day order cut-off.

Bespoke products and returns

Number plates are personalised goods made to specification, so ordinary change-of-mind cancellation rights generally do not apply once production begins. This does not affect statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.

Accessories

Damaged or defective items

Please email us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, with clear images of the item and packaging. Reporting after 24 hours does not remove statutory rights.

Lawful use

You are responsible for lawful use. Misuse or non-compliant road use may result in MOT or enforcement consequences. Refer to current GOV.UK/DVLA guidance.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability where unlawful to do so, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or non-excludable consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses from unlawful or unintended use or events outside our reasonable control.
